30-day returns
Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Unused items should be kept in their original condition while the request is reviewed.
Damage, print, or fit issues
Email your order number and clear photos. If the item is damaged, printed incorrectly, or does not fit the phone model ordered, we will review the issue and explain the available remedy.
Made-to-order items
Because cases are made for a selected phone model, change-of-mind returns may require return shipping. Contact support before sending anything back so the correct return instructions can be provided.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Posting time depends on the payment provider.
